DESCRIPTION

A Custom Engraved Solid Brass or Nickel Silver ($5 extra) Squared Oval Tack Trunk Plate, 3" X 1 1/4". Includes a pair of brass or silver 3/8" Phillips Head screws for mounting, creating an elegant finish to your tack.

This is a thick (.032" - almost that of a dime) brushed, solid brass plate, or (.025" for Nickel Silver) and includes one line of engraved text (max 20 characters including spaces per line). Available with up to two more engraved lines at $2.00 extra per line.

We rotary diamond burnish the name into the brass or silver, four times, to create a very durable engraving, much more so than just diamond etching or laser engraving which have a tendency to rub off. The exposed raw brass or silver is then acid oxidized to produce the darkened image.
